3M Venture Tape Cryogenic Vapor Barrier Tape 1555CW is an all-weather multi-layered self-adhesive tape. Its conformable and designed for low-temperature vapor barrier joint closure applications. Tough in any weather, this durable, acrylic adhesive tape bonds and seals at temperatures as low as -10 F (-23 C). This zero-permeable, 3-ply laminate features a durable aluminum foil that is 1-mil thick with 0.5 mil polyester film on both sides to protect against pinholes. Ideal for Cold Weather Joint Closure

3M™ Venture Tape™ Cryogenic Vapor Barrier Tape 1555CW is a 3-ply laminate tape that is perfect for cold weather joint closure. It is made up of 1 mil aluminum foil with 0.5 mil polyester film on both sides to prevent the formation of pinholes in the tape. This multi-layered laminate tape is designed to provide zero permeability and act as a vapor barrier for seaming and vapor barrier joint closure systems. The backing is puncture and tear-resistant and flexible enough to conform to curved or irregular surfaces. The low-temperature acrylic adhesive and backing deliver excellent resistance to weathering, mold, UV, and extreme environmental conditions. The tape is mounted on a release liner for ease of use and to help preserve the adhesive until application.

3M™ Venture Tape™ Cryogenic Vapor Barrier Tape 1555CW features an aggressive, pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive that bonds and seals well in cold temperatures. It adheres immediately on contact to a variety of materials and features a service temperature that ranges from -40°F to 300°F (-40°C to 149°C). Once bonded, this tape will provide good handling capability for extended periods with excellent aging properties that resist lifting and curling over time.
