The 3M™ PSA Disc Holder is specifically designed to make attaching discs to tools quick and effortless, especially when using multiple grades in a sequence. This innovative disc holder utilizes a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) attachment system.

The medium-density 3M™ PSA Disc Holder provides exceptional support for PSA discs. Its flat face is specially designed to securely hold the adhesive on the back of the discs. Operators simply need to press the disc onto the holder pad and apply light pressure by hand to ensure a strong bond. When it's time to remove the disc, it can be easily peeled off, leaving a clean surface for the next disc.

Extending the Disc's Reach

3M™ has designed the disc holders to be slightly smaller in diameter than the discs themselves, making it easier to center and remove the discs. The holder pad is available in various sizes to accommodate discs of different sizes. During grinding, the 3M™ PSA Disc Holder allows access to hard-to-reach areas. This is made possible by the shank that extends from the holder pad and attaches to the power tool. The shank adds length to the disc, extending its reach and enabling it to reach tight areas. The shank has a diameter of 1/4 inch and can be easily attached to any tool with a 1/4 inch collet.
