Our 3M™ Roloc™ Shank comes in two diameters, 1/4 inch or 6 mm, and allows you to attach a Roloc™ backup pad to a die grinder or disc sander, adding versatility to tools you may already own. The 2-inch (51 mm) shaft of the 3M™ Roloc™ Shank is shorter, keeping the abrasive closer to the tool. This results in less vibration and more precise operator control.

Quick Change Attachment for Greater Productivity

The Roloc™ quick change discs are smaller discs that have a plastic threaded button or screw designed to attach to a Roloc™ disc pad. Operators can conveniently change discs with a simple twist-off, twist-on motion. The Roloc system provides a secure attachment even for heavy-duty applications. The variety of available 3M Roloc discs allows swapping from one application to the next in seconds, increasing productivity.
