    The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc Pad TR 45179 is designed to hold and support Roloc coated abrasive discs during sanding, blending or surface preparation processes. It can be used on angle grinders with a maximum speed of 20,000 RPM.

  2. What are the dimensions of this product?

    This pad has a diameter of four inches (or about ten centimeters) and a thickness that ranges from half an inch in the center to a quarter inch around the edges. It also features an internal thread mount measuring one-fourth inch by twenty threads per inch.

  3. How many disc pads come with each order?

    Each case contains five units of the medium density TR series disc pad. You'll be able to start your project right away and still have backups on hand if you need them later!

Product Description: 3M™ Roloc™ Disc Pad

The level of hardness required for a task depends on its aggressiveness. For more aggressive applications, a higher density is recommended, while a lower, more flexible density is suitable for less aggressive applications. The user's work style also plays a role in determining the appropriate density. These disc pads are compatible with any drill, disc sander, right angle grinder, or rotary sander. The maximum RPM is determined by the size and firmness of the disc and disc pad.

The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc Pad is designed to be used with the following Roloc attachment systems: TR, TP, and TS. It is important to select discs with the attachment design made for the correct system.
