About our Abrasive Belts
We have 4 premium belts available with thousands of variations. You can use our filter option in our shop to select the correct belt for your particular application whether it’s grinding, finishing, or polishing. All our Abrasive belts consist of abrasive grains applied to a backing made of cloth, film, paper and other materials.
We have over 2,000 variations of cloth belts in stock in many
different sizes and tolerances made by 3M and Standard Abrasives™. Our
Abrasive cloth belts are used for pre-grinding sheet metal components and in
particular for primary burr removal, primarily in grit sizes 80 and 120.
Depending on the burr, material and desired stock removal rate or surface
properties, we will be happy to advise you on which abrasive cloth belts are
best suited for your process.
Over 50 3M™ Microfinishing Film Belts in stock, all offer excellent
durability and the best style of abrasive belts if you’re looking for fine finishes
whether it’s soft rubber, fiberglass or metals.
These highly durable belts have been engineered to
perform a variety of ‘detailing’ to remove surface imperfections this includes
blending corners, cleaning, contour finishing, deburring, deburring edges, fine
finishing, and more. We have over 750 in stock mainly from Scotch-Brite™ but
also Standard Abrasives™
Made from Aluminium Oxide, these are perfect for working on
woodworking and metalworking, including ferrous alloys. We have many sizes available to fit on many belt sanders. We have over 100 paper belts in stock that could be used for different applications.
