3M OEM Match Wing Nozzles help technicians replicate the appearance of OEM seam sealers that were robotically applied at the factory. Available in two styles, they fit a wide variety of 1-part and 2-part seam sealers. The adjustable bead width lets technicians match the shape of the bead while the wing helps position and guide the application.

  • Used with one-part (1K) and two-part (2K) seam sealers, the tip can be trimmed to control the bead width.

Product Description: 3M OEM Match Wing Nozzles

Seal and protect hem flange and door skin repairs with 3M OEM Match Wing Nozzles for one-part and two-part seam urethane, MSP, and epoxy seam sealers. These innovative nozzles are specifically designed to help technicians achieve a precise match in size, shape, positioning, and texture to robotically-applied OEM seam sealers.

The tapered nozzle can be easily trimmed to a range of widths, allowing technicians to match the size of the beads accurately. The wing on the nozzle serves as a guide, helping position the bead on the panel and ensuring the technician applies the sealant in a smooth and consistent line.

There are two styles available to fit a wide variety of 1-part (1K) and 2-part (2K) sprayable seam sealers. The 1K version conveniently threads directly onto 3M aluminum cartridges, while the 2K option friction fits to square-tube applicator and mixing nozzles.
