3M PPS Series 2.0 Cups are hard, reusable plastic cups designed for use with the PPS Series 2.0 Spray Cup System. Mixing ratios are built into each cup, eliminating the need for separate inserts. Cups are designed to work with PPS Series 2.0 Lids, featuring a quarter-turn locking system without the need for separate collars. A new hard cup is included in each PPS Series 2.0 Lid & Liner Kit.

3M PPS 2.0 Spray Gun Cups

3M PPS 2.0 Spray Gun Cups are an essential component of our all-in-one solution for measuring, mixing, filtering, and spraying paint materials. These reusable hard plastic paint cups have been updated to provide greater convenience and ease of use.

The cups feature universal mixing ratios that are printed directly on them, ensuring accurate mixing. Additionally, a clear access window allows for easy monitoring of fluid levels and quick removal of the lid and liner.

The PPS 2.0 Spray Cup System includes several improvements, such as a quarter-turn locking collar with each lid, a domed lid design for enhanced spray performance, a wider lid fluid spout, and a redesigned adapter for a more stable lid-to-gun connection.

Unlike conventional aluminum or other metal paint cup systems, the PPS 2.0 system eliminates the need to mix paint in extra cups and filter it into a paint reservoir, resulting in less paint wastage. Furthermore, with a fresh lid and liner for each mix, the risk of outside contamination is significantly reduced.

The specially designed PPS stainless steel metal adapters allow for the use of the PPS 2.0 system with virtually any spray gun. This versatile product can be used to apply paints, stains, varnishes, basecoats, undercoats, primers, sealers, clearcoats, gelcoats, sprayable adhesives, and more.
