3M Hook-and-Loop Pad Holders allow you to quickly and easily change Scotch-Brite abrasive pads during multi-step projects. Holder has a swivel attachment which accepts a threaded broom handle, and the tough plastic backing distributes pressure evenly over pad surface for efficient cleaning action and improved pad life.

    The 3M™ Hook and Loop Pad Holder is designed to hold a sanding pad securely in place during sanding operations. It can be easily attached to most standard orbital sanders, allowing for quick and easy changes of abrasive discs.

  2. What are the dimensions of each pad holder in the case?

    Each 3-3/4 x 9 inch hook-and-loop pad holder in this case measures approximately 95mm by 229 mm. There are five holders included per case.

  3. Are these pad holders durable? Can they withstand heavy use over time?

    Yes, absolutely! These particular Hook-and-Loop Pad Holders from our Heavy Duty line (250HD) are engineered with durability in mind - They're made of high-quality materials that resist wear and tear even after repeated use.

Easy Hook-and-Loop Attachment

The hook-and-loop feature of our disc pad holder makes pad attachment, removal, and re-attachment a breeze. This feature also allows for easy use and re-use of the pad for the entire abrasive life. Our holders have T-shaped hooks that are commonly used in hook-and-loop applications. These hooks grip the backings of hook-and-loop pads and provide a finer finish than adhesive backed options.

Scotch-Brite™ Materials

For the best results, we recommend using Scotch-Brite™ surface conditioning discs and light grinding/blending products (sold separately) with our disc pad holder. These products are perfect for deburring, cleaning, blending, and finishing a wide variety of materials. When used with our disc pad holder, these surface conditioning products generate finishes that are suitable for paint.
